The Zan Bill and the importance of the presence in the media of competent priests and religious who are also able to give a voice to the Church and Catholics in a country that wants to be truly secular and ready for dialogue

No introductions would be needed, that we do just for the record — Sister Anna Monia Alfieri, nun of the Congregation of the Marcelline Sisters, jurist and economist, is a face known to the general public for her participation as a columnist and expert on school and training problems in the Mediaset program Fourth Republic, conducted by Nicola Porro. With our Father Ariel S. Levi di Gualdo, columnist from the end of 2019 all program Straight and Reverse and subsequently to White area, both have dealt with it multiple times, in the various television programs, the problem of the Zan Bill, that if launched as it was drafted it could undermine the freedom of opinion guaranteed by the Constitutional Charter and put a gag on teaching in Catholic schools. Sister Monia spoke on 3 June 2021 at the IInd Commission of the Senate of the Republic on behalf of USMI (Conferences of the Italian Major Superiors of Religious Orders and Congregations) and of CISM (Italian Conference of Major Superiors of Religious Orders and Congregations). The 24 June, Sister Monia and Father Ariel also replied to the rapper Fedez that to defend this bill has made a false and inappropriate attack on the Vatican for non-payment of taxes on properties owned on Italian territory (!?). The President of theAPSA (Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See) S. AND. Mons. Nunzio Galantine, that further denied unfounded reports made to reach millions of his own by this "well-known intellectual" followers. This should already be enough to make some doubters understand the delicacy of certain themes and the vital importance of the presence of doctrinally and juridically trained priests and religious., able to communicate through television media. Otherwise, there is a risk of being locked in the ghetto of our sacristies and our Catholic peer schools, pretending not to see - if anything even with a dangerous spirit of careless superiority - that a large slice of the hostile world around us does not tolerate our very existence. Sister Monia and Father Ariel have never shown opposition to this Bill, how it has never been shown by the Italian Episcopal Conference and the Holy See, of which they became spokespersons in the media, clarifying that it is necessary to revise this text so that the crime of opinion does not end up being prosecuted [see last post of 24 June, by the minute 01.38]. Below is the text of the videoconference hearings with the intervention of Sister Monia in the context of the examination of the bills of law no.. 2005 e 2205 on combating discrimination or violence based on sex, gender or disability.

Subject of great discussions and debates these days is the Zan Bill, whose content, in all honesty, walking to the bottom, does not seem convincing. Certainly it is a duty to combat any form of discrimination, respecting human dignity and the principle of equality, to oversee which there is certainly no lack of adequate legal protections in our legal system, also criminal. I believe, however, that this Design goes in the opposite direction. Are, in the understanding of the legislator, there was only the protection of the person, it would be enough (I add dutiful) apply the existing legislation established by the Constitution of the Italian Republic in art. 3, therefore in art. 604 to e 61 of the Criminal Code.

Does not exist, therefore, a regulatory gap to fill, as our legal system already protects life, the honor, the safety of people, without distinction of sex, religion, language, race and so on. Not the least, the aggravating circumstance is foreseen for having acted for abject and futile reasons. There is therefore the feeling that, since it is complicated to intervene with the certainty of the sentence and impunity, as on the training of young people in non-discrimination, there is a tendency to multiply the legislation and the consequent confusion. The legislation, not having to fill any void, necessarily creates confusion, given by a useless proliferation of the types of crime to be prosecuted, which will be clarified by the judiciary. This situation increases in an abnormal way the range of action of the judiciary and investigating power. We are all aware of the need to review the justice reform precisely in the light of the latest news events.

Evidently it is in the folds of detail discrimination creeps in. Indeed, when the law specifies with excess protection, it actually discriminates, introducing categories. I myself feel a certain discomfort in the face of a law that protects me because of the dress I'm wearing: anyone who discriminates against a religious, as such, is punished with an aggravating circumstance. I wonder: because of my choice of life, I must be included in a sort of "protected category"? Those who are proud of their diversity live it in the ordinary, in normality. No law can ever take the place of respect, integration, to the capacity of proximity. To impose respect means the failure of civilization. Here in summary described the first two reasons that see me against.

I come to the third reason which reveals the true understanding of the law. The bill, creating a "protected category", opens the way to a new anthropological vision of a person raised to an anonymous system. Confusion is covered up with the law and the dominant thought is spread throughout the schools: any regurgitation of common sense is transformed into a crime.

Gender identity - let's be clear - it is far from being connected with the shared condemnation of homophobia, it is quite another chapter that does not rhyme with guarantee, protection, but with indoctrination, single thought, probably to ensure certain and widespread gains for some circuits. And this is where the three major rights opposed and mortified by the Zan Bill come in, which as it is written actually limits the freedom of thought and expression. Why protect a freedom (cf.. art. 4 Zan draft law) putting it in conflict with the "freedom of thought" recognized in art 21 the Constitution, evidently it is not just a legislative error, but a very dangerous step for the constitutional order of the secular and legal state. In fact, Art. 4 of this Design regarding the "Pluralism of ideas and freedom of choices":

«For the purposes of this law, the free expression of beliefs or opinions as well as legitimate conduct attributable to the pluralism of ideas or the freedom of choices are reserved, provided that they are not suitable for determining the concrete danger of committing discriminatory or violent acts ".

And here it is not clear how "legitimate conduct" can lead to "discriminatory acts". Of the two one: or the conduct is not legitimate, or the acts are not discriminatory. It is clear that art 4 goes in the opposite direction to freedom of expression and thus voids art. 21 of the Constitution it states:

«Everyone has the right to freely express their thoughts with words, writing and any other means of dissemination ".

A second order of problems always on this step is: what and who defines the concrete danger? A modality of expression so vague and contradictory that it evidently creates not only a void but opens a legislative chasm and therefore of orientation for the individual. In crimes involving concrete danger, the danger is a constitutive element of the law and belongs to the investigating magistrate, to the prosecutors to concretely ascertain whether the protected legal property has been endangered. Therefore, the judge's discretion widens in a dangerous way and opens up the disturbing season of reporting as an easy tool to oppose a different thought about man.

A law is not enough to not discriminate, because there will never be a law that can fill not the regulatory vacuum - which, however, does not exist - but that of thought that sometimes turns out to be a chasm. Gender equality requires the use of the right that exists, of the judiciary that must function and above all of a culture that is quite different from indoctrination and mass training.

All’art 7 the Zan Bill limits the parents' freedom of educational choice provided for in art. 30 the Constitution. And here we remember that the education of children is the primary responsibility of parents and that no one, the school, the church, the state can take their place. Introduce strongly divisive themes into the school, ideological and moreover related to the sphere of sexual identity and education to affectivity certainly has negative effects. First of all, that of dividing. Then, if we add to this the consideration that the Zan Bill envisages conduct that is not clearly defined (cf.. also use of unclear terms that can be criminally sanctioned), the fear increases.

This art. 7 limits the freedom of teaching of teachers recognized in art. 33 the Constitution. Freedom of teaching would be emptied of its essential contents, that is, the didactic autonomy and the free cultural expression of the teacher. A freedom guaranteed by art 33 the Constitution: "Art and science are free and their teaching is free". Ratio: the freedom of teaching is functional to the development of the critical sense necessary for the achievement of the objectives of integral education of minors.

Educational freedom of parents and teaching of teachers, as well as freedom of expression, are strongly questioned, even more with an art. 2 (incitement to discrimination) and an art. 4 so vague that it opens up to the crime of opinion without any orientation. Simply said,: what can be said and not said? No if its, then it will be better to keep quiet. The passage to the single thought, to monopoly, it would thus become an obligatory direction for the country.

It is clear that in the combined provisions of art. 2, art. 4, so vague, and art 7 it is to be found the limit of the text of the Bill Zan che, as it is written, the gap of discrimination increases, feeds it, creates new legal figures of crime, it mortifies freedom of expression, parental education and teaching, it directs society towards a real ideological indoctrination.

The text needs to be revised precisely in these aspects who tend to create a unique thought through blanket training that is no longer information, it does not provide the tools for children to learn to orient themselves… but it indoctrinates them. Practically discrimination and violence in reverse.

1. divide and rule to spread a unique thought. Monopoly is always dangerous and is preparatory to the regime;

2. of a commercial nature e marketing.

Then I turn to the boys: have the courage to know, to delve deeper, so as not to be influenced by me, nor by any puppeteer. Know how to orient yourself. So, if indeed to the legislator, as well as all those who have rediscovered themselves as champions of Art. 3 the Constitution, it is really about the defense of a right, they do so by dispelling any reasonable doubt of third-party interest.

The 17 June a "verbal note" was delivered to the Italian Ambassador accredited to the Holy See in which the concern that the Zan-Scalfarotto bill could harm the freedom of opinion guaranteed by the Concordat stipulated in the 1929 and then revised in 1984.

Thursday 24 June Father Ariel will return as a guest in the Mediaset studios on the program Straight and Reverse conducted by Paolo Del Debbio to take part in the debate on this issue. The block in which it will participate will be broadcast in the late evening at 23.30 circa.

On the Neocatechumenal Way, founded by bohemien Kiko Argüello supported by that concentration of arrogance and crass ignorance of the late Carmen Hernandez, assisted by Father Mario Pezzi who with rare shamelessness humiliated the sacredness of the priesthood by reducing himself to servant valet to two lay practitioners of the doctrine do it yourself and with proven gaps in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, I have long formed a critical judgment based on facts and deeds, but above all on the dangerous omissions of the Supreme Pontiffs and Ecclesiastical Authorities, that acting over the years with condescension and weakness have allowed the development of metastases of this cancer within the Church of Christ.

After careful research I gave it to the press in 2019 a critical essay on this para-Catholic movement: The sect Neocatechumenal. Before me, severe criticisms on the doctrinal and ecclesiological level were made by two Roman priests: In the 1983 by the Venerable Servant of God Pier Carlo Lad It is in the 1991 by the Passionist theologian Enrico Zoffoli. This latter was the victim of the anger of that dry velvet-covered bone of Cardinal Camillo Ruini, because thanks to him, then to his successor Agostino Vallini, the Neocatechumenals filled the palace of the Vicariate of Rome with their lay adepts and priests. These are the results: today, of the 332 parishes of the Diocese of Rome, the Neocatechumenals have some in hand 91. The few truly Roman parish priests who survive among what is called Roman clergy - made up mostly of Polish refugees, African, Indians, Latin Americans and so on - suffers the bullying of the Neocatechumenals in silence and a spirit of omission, except to find otherwise with monsignorotto on duty placed in the chancellery, or other similar placed in the various diocesan offices, than with the honeyed voice and the poisonous eye, from behind their beard in perfect condition Kiko Arguello cut they address a two-way sermon on humility. For this reason, no one in Rome dares to speak out against the Neocatechumenal sect, especially in this historical moment of heroic priests defenders of the faith and sound Catholic doctrine.

This is how parasitic birds destroy thehabitat natural of other birds, laying as many eggs as possible in their nests. The Neocatechumenals adopt the cuckoo technique, almost always succeeding in the undertaking they aim for, from the invasion of the parishes of Rome to the placement of their laity and faithful monsignorotti serventi in the Vicariate.

My long discussion ends with these words: "I would like to be called tomorrow to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and to be told that I am wrong on the theological and ecclesiological level. I would be the happiest man and priest in this world. God only knows, in certain analyzes and the resulting judgments, how I wish I was wrong. The extreme apex of my joy would not be being told that I am right, but that I was wrong and that I am wrong ".

Nobody called me to ask me for anything, nor for my severe criticisms of John Paul II, to whom the responsibility of having allowed lay movements to dominate the Church is historically attributable, or worse, to create real churches within the Church, all this took place after the ground was prepared and prepared in this sense by Paul VI.

Since its publication, my book The sect Neocatechumenal it has had good feedback and diffusion in Italy and in Spanish-speaking countries. For now, I have only received an avalanche of insults from praetorians of the sect, while several deformed and deforming figures of the Catholic priesthood manufactured in the Seminaries mother of The Redeemer still continue to respond to the sectarians who ask for light on my work built with scientific rigor on evidence and documents: “Don't listen to that priest, It is a hater, it is necessary to pray for his conversion! We have the cards. Yup, we have the papers and we are approved… approved! Whoever is against us and our Initiators is against the Church and the Supreme Pontiffs who approved us… approved!».

In an introductory note added in the second reissue released in February 2021, I launched another question, perhaps destined to remain unanswered too: what generous rewards have been lavished on Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, at the time private secretary of the Supreme Pontiff John Paul II, for having introduced Kiko Argüello and Carmen Hernández to the Vatican with a frequency and familiarity never granted in twenty-six years of pontificate to all the other founders and foundresses of the various lay movements? Or perhaps it appears to some that Chiara Lubich or Luigi Giussani had free access to John Paul II whenever they wished., or that they dined frequently with him, with Carmen who then boasted in all Neocatechumenal circles that she was the only woman who was allowed to smoke cigarettes in front of the Supreme Pontiff?

When before the Neocatechumenals and to all their staff the reigning Pontiff Francis I began by affirming:

«[…] confirm your call, I support your mission and bless your charisma. I do this not because he (Ed. Indicates with the hand Kiko Argüello) He paid me, no! I do it because I want to do ' [6 March 2015, text of the official speech fragment video].

He was perhaps in the mood for jokes, or rather it sent a precise and severe message, knowing what the Neocatechumenals are capable of and how they bought priests, bishops, cardinals and entire dioceses then ended up totally devastated during their five decades of savage piracy? I am waiting for an answer. In the absence of which I will feel entitled to apply the legal principle of silence assent, typical of those who have nothing to argue in the face of truth and clear evidence of the facts.

By treating the Neocatechumenal Way with decisive severity and to follow other lay movements, I lacked in the analysis? How long to stop at, because June 11 2021, the Dicastery for the Laity, the Family and Life The associations of the faithful that govern the exercise of government in international associations of the faithful, private and public bodies and in other entities with legal personality subject to the direct supervision of the same Dicastery, it seems to have taken into account, from first to last, of all the problems expressed by me and contained in this book. With a special Decree which I invite you to read, the competent dicastery tries to close the stables - I fear in vain - after the oxen have fled and run today in the wild producing the damage of the wild boar that devastates the vineyard of the Lord. All thanks to the Holy Pontiffs Paul VI and John Paul II, the undoubted holiness of which, however, did not exempt them from committing errors of evaluation and pastoral errors, sometimes serious. With all due respect to the neocatechumenal sectarians, convinced that, with the canonizations of Paul VI and John Paul II who “approved us… approved us!», their confused Path was not simply canonized, because it was absurd for them to think that their confused Way would have been really dogmatized.

The Pope Francis I, through this Decree, however, he says the opposite, or better: to the test of facts it says exactly what I wrote two years ago. Now, i neocatecumenali, they intend to shout their painful mantra at him: "Whoever is against us is against the Church that approved us through two Supreme Pontiffs who are Saints today"?

TWO WEEKS OF SILENCE AND AN EYE SAVED BY PERTILE GRACE TO THE SACRED HEART OF NEGRAR, WHILE I MEDITATED AS THEOLOGIST: WHAT CAN CAUSE THE LACK OF HUMILITY IN THE MEN OF SCIENCE?

For this I thank God as a man of faith, priest and theologian: making me experience directly on my skin how high the virtue of Christian humility truly is. I understood this while I was memorizing the Roman Missal in Italian and Latin, scared that, even if a similar pathology had arisen in the healthy eye, the two beloved cats of Jorge Facio Lince and mine, Hypatia and Bruno, who live in the house with us, they should have learned to live with a German shepherd, who would wear a headband with a red cross, carrying me around the street with a white cane.

This article I could have owned it: Reflections on my skin. Basically the best, because it is one thing to contemplate with surreal fideism a beautiful ivory crucifix that makes art and useless emotional tenderness, an account to end up participating, even to a small extent, to the crucifixion of Christ, the only way to live the true faith, which is not emotional sentimentality, it would be enough to understand the words of the Divine Master who teaches: "If anyone wants to come after me, disown yourself, take up his cross every day and follow me " (LC 9, 23).

In the last two years I was active on all fronts: I have written many articles on The Island of Patmos, published new books (cf.. WHO), video-conferencing product, teacher's lessons (cf.. WHO), participated in television programs on the Mediaset networks. Last in series order White area the 19 May led by Giuseppe Brindisi (see WHO by the minute 01:35 following), where I will be a guest again on 9 June. but yet, behind all this hyper activity, there was something serious, to the point of inducing me to think that I had to produce as much as possible, because maybe one day I would no longer be able to do certain jobs. I even memorized the entire Roman Missal in two languages, Italian and Latin, in case one day I wasn't able to read anymore ...

What happened? This: in July of 2019 an injury to the retina of my right eye appears. It would have been necessary to intervene with an immediate "cerclage", but believing they were doing me good they practiced a mending with laser. After a month there is a total detachment of the retina and the eye remains completely blind. The retina is then surgically reattached, after the recommended and chosen surgeon informed me: «On a risk scale from zero to ten, she is at risk eleven "..

The intervention is successful, even if performed - which I will discover a year later - with an outdated technique, but not for this ineffective. Even today I am grateful to the surgeon who glued my retina back on. Of course, despite having done it privately using my health insurance policy, I was operated on a kind of "chair" with local anesthesia practiced through a puncture in the eye that I do not wish even for a smuggler who transports human beings from Africa to the Italian coasts with serious risk to the lives of women and children. So I thought it worked, to the point that I didn't bother to ask: … But in this splendid five-star hotel-style private clinic, you don't even have a shred of anesthetist? With bullying and haughty arrogance they reaffirmed their conscious and voluntary adherence to the Zan Bill by manifesting de facto their inability to make communion with the Catholic Church and with the Gospel, now seen as obstacles to tolerance and far more miserable and useless than a parliamentary bill [texts of press releases, WHO].

What to say? We are in full sin against the Holy Spirit. Why deny and reject the truths of faith, who have certainly had the opportunity to learn in the parish and in Catholic Action and to fight them by considering them erroneous means closing one's eyes to the works that the Holy Spirit accomplishes through the action of the Church. Typical hardening of Pharisaic malice that accommodating the Law to human desires, considers the work of Christ as the work of Beelzebul.

I hope and pray for your sincere repentance, because maybe it would have been necessary to give you a few more kicks, just as parents used to do once with rebellious children. You are so chained in ideology and intolerant of all paternal authority, heralds of a violent and intolerant democracy that turns to devour those who have served as pastors and guides there.

That would perhaps be asking too much to expect an official position from H.E. Mons. Guglielmo Giombanco? It would be too much to see a bishop who, following the example of the meek John Paul I, have the courage to dissolve these two offices of Catholic Action present in your diocese, just as Bishop Albino Luciani opposed the Catholic associations that were in favor of divorce and dissolved them by denying him spiritual assistance?

He Prof. Luigi Manconi and S.E.. Mons. Vincenzo Paglia they put the book to the press The meaning of life. Dialogue between a religious and a little believer. The 18 April the two authors were guests in the living room of the biased Fabio Fazio, excellent war machine of the left radical chic.

Dialogue with non-believing scholars it can be very important and constructive. Initially, Vincenzo Paglia, does not start badly, however, he begins to get lost after the first few bars, and then quickly get lost, completely. From this bleak television host, a subject emerges who tries to meet the interlocutor in a truly disheartening way, showing in concrete facts that they are afraid to say the very things that should be said. Example: before an objection such as "In the event of a serious illness, the last decision, whether to die or live, it must be mine ", the Archbishop President from the Pontifical Academy for Life, cannot answer: "The important thing is that the patient is not left alone". It is a statement worthy of a romantic nun who is convinced that she can solve the tragedies of life and death by stroking the hand of the dying person. Something else would have been the question to be made, but Vincenzo Paglia evaded it without answering a fundamental question: a patient can ask the state to be killed, without anyone being able to give him any kind of hope just because he has decided so?

The reality of the facts is that Vincenzo Paglia is a limited little man not able to handle dialogue of this kind, all the more to a live television broadcast. Its serious flaw is that it tends excessively to distort the essence of Catholic faith and morality in order to meet those who claim the right not to take Catholic faith and morals into the least consideration. We can, indeed we must dialogue with everyone, but always keeping firm points, because if in some cases it is good to stand out in others we are required to distance ourselves and divide ourselves from certain interlocutors who try to impose ideas on life, ethics and morals which are totally unacceptable for Catholic faith and sentiment.

I try to clarify everything better with an example: In the 2000, when he came out there Declaration Dominus Iesus in which the exclusive concept of the salvific uniqueness of Christ God is reaffirmed, at a Door to door directed on the First Rai Channel by Bruno Vespa, the Dominican theologian Daniel Ols was invited. The then president of the Italian Jewish Communities was present in the studio, Tullia Zevi, who already knew little and badly about Jewish culture and theology, let alone the Catholic one. The style of this Dominican master, French by birth and family but in fact more Roman than the Romans, he was an illuminating model for me when years later I found myself, as a presbyter and theologian, to speak on issues that are not particularly easy to deal with in a parterre television during a live broadcast, with very short response times and the presence of specialized interlocutors to divert the discourse to prevent speaking to those who dared to raise issues deemed unacceptable by the dictatorship of the politically correct.

At a certain point Fabio Fazio throws this appetizing question to Luigi Manconi:

«[…] there is also the individual choice of the sphere of sexuality, it is a theme that is dealt with very clearly. Also here, I don't think sexual orientation really agrees with you ".

The scholar responds promptly:

«[…] It must be said that the Catholic Church, ecclesial pastoral care, thanks also to Pope Francis, he has made enormous progress. And yet the Catechism of the Catholic Church still bears the affirmation that homosexuality is an expression of sexual disorder. Then, the great openness of the Church towards homosexuals essentially risks perfecting a serious misunderstanding, that is, basically I welcome homosexuals as long as they do not act homosexual, that is, I welcome homosexuals only if they perform chastity ... that is, what emerges is not just a legal question. Same-sex marriage, to understand each other, it is a matter of substance and concerns the very concept of love and pleasure, this is the very fascinating knot ... ".

Pay close attention: a few words Luigi Manconi carries out a work of total destructive devastation that separates morality from pastoral care and the Church from the Supreme Pontiff. On the one hand he praises and exalts the Reigning Pontiff, on the other hand he attacks the Catechism which he presents as unthinkable in actuality. Fabio Fazio does not linger and intervenes with a series of statements disguised as questions:

"Real distances, however not surmountable, I think, from any point of view. And it could only be so. Let's say that the paths that are taken to shorten these distances are paths that mark, to put it right, the tremor of fear, in the sense that there are no easy choices in any way and there are no easy positions in any way. But, Monsignor, I think I can say that the issue of self-determination is fundamental, that is, the positions diverge when it comes to talking about issues such as euthanasia, sexual orientations, abortion, in which precisely what we call self-determination comes into play ".

At this point Vincenzo Paglia manifests the best of its limitation, proving that he was not even able to grasp the destructive splits made by Luigi Manconi, while the interviewer took care to pack him a poison puff that the President of the Pontifical Academy for Life swallows without even chewing, through this response:

«I would be careful to reflect on this issue of self-determination, which is a word also linked to freedom. there, here the crux is: but we, we are truly free in an absolute sense? We are disconnected from others? For me it is not like that, we are all united. Our every gesture is always a social gesture, always requires a relationship with the other and the covid showed us this in a dramatic way: we put on the masks, we have a distance, not only to defend ourselves but to defend others as well. In this sense I said, in our dialogue with Luigi, that self-determination to freedom is obvious that it is a founding value, but freedom must always be linked to fraternity and equality, if we want to resume the triad of the French Revolution. And in this the line of charity, solidarity, or Pope Francis would say "of universal brotherhood", I think it is a line that we must fully resume on all fronts ".

Such an answer is worse than raising the white flag from the trenches, because in war, the deed of surrender, it has its own deep dignity, while the prostitution of those who indulge in all the worst whims of the customer without feeling pleasure and without being paid, he has no dignity, since he does not even do it for pleasure or for money, but only out of pure and gratuitous servility aimed at the satisfaction of others. To understand this unsuccessful dialogue that arises from the incapacities and limitations of Vincenzo Paglia, it would be enough to think of the square of opposti, or logical, by Michele Psello: the opposite propositions will meet each other if desired, but the contradictory ones are not. This is why Vincenzo Paglia proved unable to carry on a dialogue of this type, not failing to arouse embarrassment in all of us, Catholic priests and theologians, through the use of categories worthy of the most seasoned Freemason, instead of shepherds taking care of souls. Here then is that the dialectic is dragged once again into the political struggle and the annihilation of the adversary, something very clear to Professor Luigi Manconi, unknown instead to Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia who launches into a continuous gurgling of clichés and third-rate pastoralisms, ignoring even the foundations of those philosophical and theological categories which should support a Christian thought.

Having then magnified the cardboard idol of the French Revolution to please the ultra secularists at all costs, marked the apotheosis of Vincenzo Paglia's objective idiocy, unaware of the principles of freedom, equality and fraternity are the foundations of Christian ethics, not an invention of the Enlightenment and much less of the French Revolution, which was the largest and most violent bloodbath of modernity. The Pope Francis I, who, as I have written and explained several times, is not a polyglot like his Supreme Predecessor John Paul II was and who does not have a particularly good command of the Italian language, but how presumptuous and stubborn as few, he insists on talking to journalists off the cuff, in any case, he enunciated a profoundly and obviously Catholic concept. Let's go in order, first he began by saying: "If a person is gay and seeks the Lord and has good will" - this premise is of no small importance - "who am I" continues the Supreme Pontiff "to judge him?». Then he goes on stating: "The Catechism of the Catholic Church says that these people must not be discriminated against but welcomed". To those who then the message was not clear adds: “The problem is not having these tendencies, they are brothers, the problem is lobbying […]».

This is the whole sentence pronounced in response to the reporter from the Supreme Pontiff Francis during one of his return flights to Rome. It's been years that unfortunately, uselessly, in my articles, video-lessons and conferences, I explain what the Supreme Pontiff really said with that sentence: above all that welcoming the sinner who seeks God is the founding mission of the Church, that does not reject anyone, starting with homosexual people. Moreover, none of us, starting from the Successor of the Blessed Apostle Peter, he can read and judge the conscience of a man, that God alone can read and, above all, to judge. Hence the obvious statement consistently and theologically Catholic: "Who am I to judge?». To follow with the call to the lobbies which is equivalent to saying: the problem is not having these tendencies, but to pass them through the social and political activism of gay lobbies as well. Which is to say: the problem, for the Church which must always welcome the sinner, it is not having these tendencies; the problem is sin, or rather the lobbies that would demand acceptance and legitimation not of the sinner, but of sin. And the Church will never be able to sanctify sin, even if all the lobbies of this world claim it and demand it.

Unfortunately, the phrase "who am I to judge?"?» torn from its articulated context, ended up on the banners of Gay Pride between the cries of crazy queers masquerading as nuns in fishnet stockings and stilettos. So the Supreme Pontiff did not say this the same way he did, to quote another billboard from Gay Pride, when St. Augustine Bishop and Doctor of the Church says "love and do what you want", by no means does he mean that a boy can get on all fours with another boy who works behind him. This badly extrapolated Augustinian expression, it is inserted in a commentary on the First Letter of St. John, in which, amare, it means to conform, through human freedom, our will to God's will. This means "love and do what you want", to do fully the will of God, source of eternal love. It does not mean getting on all fours with a boy who works behind you and with everything Gay Pride praising "love and do what you want".

I refuse to comment on this confused anthology of Vincenzo Paglia, to the same extent that I would refuse to see and then comment on a porn movie. The latter is linked to an expression of the great philosopher and theologian of the twentieth century Cornelius the carpenter, which indicated certain subjects such as Porn-theologians from the Porn-theology. there, Vincenzo Paglia is a genuine pornocrat when he claims:

«[…] it is true that at times there has been an identification between sexuality and sin and vice versa and this has caused a lot of damage. In reality, however, a more serene relationship is emerging […]».

By stating this you are practically apologizing to the ultra-secularists if the Church, for a long time, has counted lust among the Seven Deadly Sins. Also for this I I refuse to comment on the stupid and reckless words of this little man, that for sure, a bishop and doctor of the Church such as Sant’Alfonso Maria de ’Liguori, considered the father of Catholic morality, he would have literally beaten him up. Why this, at the bottom of, Vincenzo Paglia deserves: to be beaten like the merchants in the temple.

Respect for the truth requires us to conclude by remembering to all affected by chronic anti-bergoglism that Vincenzo Paglia the Holy Father wanted him to be a bishop saint now John Paul II, with Cardinal Camillo Ruini that this appointment supported it by accepting the pious suggestions of the Community of Sant’Egidio. Having said this, it is good to clarify that the Supreme Pontiff Francis I, who also gave wisdom to be extraordinary in choosing the wrong people, however, the responsibility for having chosen Vincenzo Paglia cannot be attributed. Because the fault lies entirely with the Holy Father saint now and of the greatest theologian of the twentieth century, Benedict XVI.

After the delusional ones and farcical propaganda approaches of starred VIPs in favor of the Scalfarotto-Zan bill, that following an interview made during the program Straight and Reverse the 22 April showed all their crass ignorance about the specifics and practical consequences of the bill, timidly they make their appearance on the scene of the Catholic correct i Catholic Boys of "who am I to judge". That's what happens, for less than twenty-four hours, in Castel di Lucio (Messina) in the Diocese of Patti, where seventeen young people from Catholic Action post a photo on their Facebook page in which they are portrayed with their hands stretched out in support of the law against transomophobia.

The need was felt, vero? So much to ask me: how much we still need to see on other Facebook pages - of the Franciscan Youth, of the various Third Orders, of Agesci and other Catholic realities - similar positions, praising and blessing a law that is clearly contrary to man and which certainly does not help people with a homosexual orientation?

It is necessary to reiterate, once and for all, that the manifestation of thought is free. Just as the decision to adhere to Catholic Christianity and to try to remain within it with a coherence of faith that includes above all obedience to the dogma and provisions of the Church in matters of morals and customs remains free., as recently reaffirmed by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith on same-sex unions.

It's true, I remain free to think differently from Revelation and the Church but in this case I will have the decency and the intelligence not to define myself as a Catholic Christian and not to take advantage of an ecclesial reality, such as Catholic Action, to advertise my personal and rambling positions of heterodirect thinking. Because if that were the case, the glorious Catholic Action, once a guarantee of catholicity for many faithful, would find herself being downgraded to public vespasian where her young offspring have already started peeing out of the pot, with the sole consequence of spreading not the good scent of Christ but that of urine as happens for any public bathroom. After that, as soon as their post began to circulate, but especially, after our Hypatia Gatta Romana wrote a short ironic article his The Island of Patmos, opened in just over an hour since almost 100.000 Visitors, it happened that, with the typical arrogance of those who do not admit error, but indeed it confirms it, young people have removed this post by replacing it with another in which they confirm the contents of the previous one. The faithful Catholic is well aware that his thought is enlightened by the grace of Christ who through Baptism and Confirmation was informed by the Holy Spirit so that Christ and the Church do not become the victims of the ideological liberalism that homologates right reason. For this dear children of Castel di Lucio, you have no excuses and even when they praise you - including priests - for your very respectable post, know that they are false praise and liars! Yup, I tell you false and liars on the basis of the same praises that Jesus fled because he was aware of the fact that human malice elects as sovereign whoever satisfies his own belly [cf.. GV 6,15] forgetting the soul in which God dwells.

But let's read directly from the official Facebook page of the Catholic Action of Castel di Lucio the comment, currently removed, in support of the propaganda photo of the Scalfarotto-Zan bill:

“In the course of his public life, Jesus constantly took the side of those whom society excluded, of the most defenseless and of the “last” of the earth. He openly reproached the hypocrisy of the Pharisees, of those who in their moral precepts wanted to enclose man in sterile laws, preventing man from manifesting himself in his full freedom and in his true essence willed by God. You agree with the example of Christ, the Catholic Action of Castel di Lucio supports the approval of the Zan bill which provides for measures to prevent and combat discrimination and violence for reasons based on sex, on gender, on sexual orientation, on gender identity and disability. Misogyny, homotransphobia and ability are serious forms of sin that go totally against the precepts of the Gospel, and it is our task to take sides so that these events are countered as soon as possible ".

So formulated this statement is nothing short of embarrassing, because an average-trained seminarian in the third year of theology would be enough to highlight all the gross errors in both scriptural and moral matters. But let's go into detail:

This is patently false and malicious! Because Christ does not fit into the imagination of the South American revolutionary advocate of Liberation Theology or the Robin Hood who steals from the rich to give to the poor. The closeness of Christ for all men, therefore not only for the poor, it can be understood only by looking at the mystery of the Incarnation. And in a particular way, it is at the moment of his baptism in the Jordan that he - true God and true man - solidarizes and shares man's condition of weakness. He undergoes a baptism of conversion so that man understands that only with man God is it possible to free oneself from sin. We see the same thing on Easter evening when Jesus joins the disciples of Emmaus who, foolish and slow of heart to believe [cf.. GV 5,14; 8-11], the same that the priest confessor pronounces after sacramental absolution.

In the relationship with the scribes and the Pharisees it is true that we can read Jesus' open contrast to their hypocritical lifestyle but it is aimed above all at repentance. They too are in a sense called friends. As for Nicodemus, Jesus invites scribes, Pharisees and doctors of the Law to be reborn from above [cf.. GV 3,1-15] so that they can acquire the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and thus fulfill the role of teachers in communion with the will of God.

It goes without saying that such an attitude of Jesus does not invalidate the goodness of the Mosaic Law that, although it is insufficient for salvation as the apostle Paul will say in the letter to the Romans, it is not rejected:

“Practice and observe everything they tell you, but do not act according to their works, because they say and do not do " [cf.. Mt 23,1-7] […] "You do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish, but to fulfill " [cf.. Mt 5,17].

These are homophobic gay, or simply homosexual human beings with common sense?

Jesus knows the Law the A he interprets as the wisest and most refined exegete, rejecting those distorted connotations that try to adapt the Law to human miseries and wills, as is the case with repudiation and adultery:

«[…] the hardness of your heart he wrote this standard for you. But from the beginning of creation he made them male and female; for this the man will leave his father and his mother and will unite with his wife and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but only one flesh. So, man does not divide what God has joined " [cf.. MC 10,5-9].

The true essence of man, dear children of Catholic Action, it is discovered only in the encounter with God, in conforming through human freedom, my will to God's will not in doing what my belly tells me! But let's go on ...

If you want to take sides, be political activists, but first fight your ignorance which prevents you not only from reading a text and understanding it but which first of all deprives you of that necessary humility that leads you to question your spiritual assistants so that they avoid these miserable and miserable figures before the whole Church of God..
