Faced with a Church that does not want to defend itself, our defense is exhausted
IN FRONT OF A CHURCH THAT DOES NOT WANT TO DEFEND ITSELF, OUR DEFENSE IS EXHAUSTED
Deciding not to defend yourself is legitimate, However, leaving an institution defenseless in dizzying free fall is not, than to be laid bare, today, it doesn't need lofty figures like Blaise Pascal or Voltaire: all it takes is one blogger.

The Fathers editors of this magazine have freely decided to remove all articles published between 2023 and the 2026 dedicated to a blogger, to which for three years we responded sternly when necessary, with irony when it came to taking away seriousness from what wasn't serious. We did it because we believed that people and institutions deserved someone to establish the facts and defend who, for their institutional position, he might have difficulty defending himself.

Who doesn't know how to face a comparison, also harsh and polemical, but loyal and open-faced, resorts to the worst unfair means, which are not easy to deal with for those who act loyally. This is the case of an adversary who for years has been directing insults and accusations at ecclesiastical personalities and institutions, in particular to the Dicastery for Communication and the Vicariate of Rome. The latter complained a couple of years ago about the theft and dissemination of his confidential documents, published in part, however, while the leaders of the Dicastery for Communication of the Holy See have even been accused of being a "criminal organization" and a "clique of criminals".
No ecclesiastical authority and none of the institutions hit by a barrage ever reacted in the places where they should have done so, regardless of whether the person concerned legitimizes himself by stating that he has never been reported, proving that all his actions and statements are lawful and true, "criminals" and "delinquents" included.
Not acting was a very serious mistake, son of that clericalism that suggests ignoring certain media and social phenomena because "we are superior" and "we shouldn't give importance: they will become extinct by themselves without leaving a trace.". Instead they did not become extinct but became exaggerated and the damage caused was considerable, while the ecclesiastical institutions showed the worst of themselves: not the presumed superiority that a certain clerical arrogance believes they are exhibiting by remaining silent, rather the impotence resulting from the lack of foresight of those who do not understand when to act is an imperative of conscience.
We have deleted all items from the Island of Patmos refer to this blog and its creator, not out of fear or because they are false, but because they have become useless, as is a defense that those defended first do not support. And those who do not intend to react to certain insults and aggressions are neither wise nor excellent diplomats, but people immersed in sloth. Deciding not to defend yourself is legitimate, However, leaving a visible Church defenseless in dizzying free fall is not, than to be laid bare, today, it doesn't need lofty figures like Blaise Pascal or Voltaire: it is so ruined and weakened that one is enough blogger who deserves credit for having done with his mother what Ham did with his father Noah, exposing their nakedness, while the children, unlike Shem and Japheth who covered their father by walking backwards (cf.. GN 9,22-23), they were unable to cover it even with a compassionate veil, because they are convinced that leaving it thus exposed to public view is highly diplomatic, as well as a manifestation of powerful clerical superiority.

And what we now have before our eyes they are nothing other than the most visible and ripe fruits of clerical sloth.
