On the occasion of the commemoration of the dead, an acquaintance who is an undertaker sought me out with urgency and trembling to ask me for guidance. He was very scared, the poor thing, after repeatedly hearing noises in the cemetery from two tombs inside which rest the mortal remains of two holy priests: the Servant of God Pier Carlo Lad, Roman presbyter, ed Enrico Zoffoli, Roman presbyter of the Passionist Order. Two authentic saints, which the gravedigger was also aware of, God-fearing man, who, with great bewilderment, asked me a question:

To discover and then understand the origin of this phenomenon, it is necessary to think about the life and works of certain deceased people. Indeed, it happened that Pier Carlo Landucci in 1983, Enrico Zoffoli in 1990, they raised a grave alarm on the dangerous heresies of the Neocatechumenal Way, denouncing and documenting years and years of grotesquely heterodox formative catechesis held by the two initiators of this coven to their mega-catechists. Analysis and denunciations that the two holy priests and theologians made to the competent Ecclesiastical Authorities and that I know very well, because I was the third to return to the subject years later, collecting the legacy of their studies and expanding the analysis of the Neocatechumenal phenomenon to the state it was in thirty years later. The miraculous man is called Armando Bronca Segura, a young man from Madrid of the age of 25 year old. Luigi Amicone (Milan, 4 October 1956 – Monza, 19 October 2021)

Thursday 21 October Luigi Amicone's funeral took place in the cathedral church of Monza, died just 65 year old. In front of him he could have another twenty years of life to live, according to today's statistics on the average life span of the Italian man, which are not few. His death was announced to me early in the morning, Tuesday 19, by a confrere of the Diocese of Milan, raised in the ranks of Communion and Liberation, the Movement founded by the Ambrosian presbyter Luigi Giussani.

Luigi was not a longtime friend, but a sincere friend with whom it was a pleasure to talk. several times we met between the 2019 and the 2021 to various television programs on the Mediaset networks, once we even got into a fight on the subject of Our Lady of Medjugorje, known as Madam, on which I have always had deep reservations. Then, the debate ended and the live cameras closed, he told me:

I remember then, with love and fun, an interview last summer, while Luigi was in his holiday home in Sardinia, in the Sassari area, I, on the other hand, on the other island, in my holiday home in the Ortigia of Syracuse. Luigi made me think, not so much about death, mystery on which I am used to meditating every day, aware that my heart, like that of anyone, it could stop beating at any moment, suddenly. I also wrote a book on death, dealing with the hindmost in the form of a narrative, which will soon be printed.

With his sudden disappearance Luigi led me to reflect on the relationship of contemporary society to death. This is what I intend to reflect on now, including the report, or rather the non-relationship or the denied relationship of the mass media with death, where death is not a spectacle through which Gianluigi Nuzzi, efficient Network gravedigger 4, transforms crimes and deaths into spectacles, in fiction which does not stimulate at all to reflect on man, or on the psychological violence that leads certain subjects to the most violent heinous crimes, but which only stimulates morbid itching.

Was, as I told a little earlier, a so-called television face representative of the Italian Catholic culture, with acceptable or unacceptable positions within the Catholic world itself, but who has made great contributions in many years of profession. This is why he has been a guest for years in the television debate rooms of all the main Mediaset and Rai programs, because he had opinions to express and he knew how to express them, shareable or not by the other opinion leaders present, because it is precisely on this that the debate is based.

I would have expected, I don't mean prime time or opening hours, but if anything at the end of the various journalistic or so-called in-depth programs talk show, that only one of those who have called him and often had in theirs parterre as a columnist over the years, before the final theme he said: «My colleague Luigi Amicone passed away on Tuesday, our editorial team joins its family members in condolence ". A message of this kind would have occupied a space of approx 7 from 8 seconds to close a program in which if anything, Giorgia Meloni or Matteo Salvini had made a monologue by 30 minutes without any commercial break, which is only valid - in an unavoidable way - when other guests and opinion leaders speak. On the other hand, no one has dedicated a few seconds of memory to a colleague who is anything but unknown, in a world of communication in which cynicism and indifference reign supreme, where what is presented as a sensitive human interest is not such, but something wanted and studied on the cold basis of audience ratings. Or does someone seriously believe that that bubbly conductor really cares about something poor and modest people who find themselves with their houses occupied by swindlers that no one can hunt and who do not pay rents.? And note: it is not, this mine, a process of intentions, which would also be a serious contradiction in terms with my theological training and with my previous and now distant juridical training. It is simply a fact, you just need to know the televisions, the editorial offices of newspapers and especially those who work within them.

No, naive souls, certain themes do not arise from the desire to defend the rights of the weak, everything arises only from pure and cold criteria dictated by the ratings. Because if that dedicated block in that talk show to the squatters of houses did not raise the ratings of commercial television, which stands as obvious as it is legitimate on advertising and audience ratings, you can rest assured that this thoughtful champion of justice and defense of the weak would not hesitate to talk about the depth of the whale's ass in the next installment, if the whaling colonoscopy did more plays.

The indifferent cannot be sensitive, he cannot love justice and truth by making himself champion of the weak, because wild utilitarianism or hypertrophic narcissism support the mental and social system of indifference, that end up making the world of information a world of deformation and often of manipulation, all for political purposes, economic and subliminal address on the masses.

Turning to various television programs I met two people who I consider friends and who are respectively: one, a trans, Vlady Guadagno, in art Vladmir Luxuria, another is a homosexual, balanced activist LGBT and liberal in the round, it is the famous and excellent scientific popularizer Alessandro Cecchi Paone, who has a vision of life and of mankind that is different from mine, for example with regard to abortion or euthanasia, but who I immediately esteemed as a loyal and sensitive man who knows what friendship and respect for friends are, especially for those who don't think like him. This makes Alessandro Cecchi Paone a genuine liberal, with whom I could speak with serenity about everything that divides us in the different human feeling, but to which I am united by something which unites even men with the most diverse thoughts: respect for the freedom of the other, which for him is the cornerstone of Liberalism, for me it is the very suffix of the creation of man, created by God free and endowed with free will.

Only now that the mortal remains of Luigi Amicone they have been returned to the earth, I understand his message that I reported at the beginning, certainly not because he called me "intelligent", but because in that message it defines the situation and state of the world of information:
