As the invitation to confirm the brothers is preceded by the warning "once you have repented", but above all followed by the prophetic anticipation «Peter, I'm telling you: the cock shall not crow before you thrice deny that you know ", I honestly ask myself: Jorge Mario Bergoglio, has truly ceased to be Simon, and once he "repented" and became Peter, he initiated his own Christological mission, which is to confirm the brothers in the faith, certainly not lead them to that confusion resulting from ambiguous and inaccurate expressions? Because it is on the level of exegesis, both on the theological level, to this sentence we must pay close attention, given that at the beginning of it we speak of "repentance" and at the end of "betrayal", at the center of the speech is exhorted "confirm the brothers", but this central phrase remains precisely in the middle, between "repentance" and "betrayal". Or perhaps someone intends to manipulate it to make the Word of God say what it did not actually say, extrapolating only "confirm the brothers"?
