THE GOSPEL OF THE TEMPTATIONS : SEARCH THE DEMON OF HITTING THE WORD OF GOD IN HIS HUMANITY

If the devil can take pride in, relying on the weak points of the ambition and vanity, can make us what we want and get what craving since the dawn of time: who we prostrate ourselves before him and worshiping him call man. In this brief passage from the Gospel we are faced with a paradox: really it happened that the devil has tempted God Incarnate, the Word was made flesh ? [CF. Mt 4, 1-11 - text WHO]. Perhaps the devil attempted to play God in his humanity, pretending to be unaware of what Jesus was divine in his humanity and his divinity in human. Blinded by pride and by the delirium of omnipotence tend to overestimate the most of themselves and to underestimate others, why they are doomed to defeat. It may be that they do not fall in the near, but inevitably fall at the first change of season, with the wilting of wildflowers.
