NOT ALL IS LOST: THE METROPOLITAN ARCHBISHOP OF MILAN DOCTOR OF THE CHURCH, IMMEDIATELY!

Sooner or later there will be a conclave. Perhaps it would be appropriate to have the majority of the Cardinal electors recite the formula of oath in their national languages, exempting them from pronouncing it in a Latin that many do not know. In this way we will avoid the anticlerical secularists, agnostics and atheists, however, gifted with culture and preparation, can make fun of us for centuries to come.

We never would have imagined than one day, the actor and director Carlo Verdone entered the literature of the Wisdom Books with his famous phrase: or it's strange, at least until the Supreme Pontiff began to give his best in the choice of new cardinals.

In 2017 he was made a cardinal the auxiliary bishop of San Salvador S.E. Mons. Gregory Rosa Chavez. The archbishop of that diocese, S. AND. Mons.     Yesterday on the feast day of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (to which the Duomo of Milan is dedicated), the solemn Pontifical opening of the new pastoral year was held in the Ambrosian Cathedral, chaired by the Archbishop.
    On the occasion, Mons. Mario Delpini also made some clarifications on his words – interpreted by some as controversy – pronounced in Como during the greeting ceremony to Card. Cantons. This is the video:

    That Milan does not have a cardinal is simply a shame! The most important diocese in the world after Rome! Such an attitude of contempt towards Milan can only underline even more the miserable coarseness into which the Church has fallen for some years now..
    A round of applause to Msgr. Delpini: for which I feel like acclaiming "papa immediately"!
    Sant'Ambrogio, think about it…

    Even bishops are first and foremost real men and when they are stung for the rudenesses received, they know how to say honestly and politely what they really think.
