- the Church and the serious emergency coronavirus -

FAITH AND NEEDS: AN EMERGENCY AS THAT OF CORONAVIRUS, AT THE END OF EMERGENCY CAN NOT CHANGE THE FUTURE OF FREEDOM CHURCH AND ITS FAITHFUL.

[…] We can cite other examples, but this is enough to realize that we can not live by bread alone, but you need to give access to other resources, among which is so imminent faith. And we speak of faith we invent and intimate perspective, sentimental and palliative from beauty farm soul, but as a gift of God that intelligence work and gives wisdom to discern the world and grasp its presence savior. Faith is a human right, It regards the freedom of personal self-determination and is (still) guaranteed by the Constitution of the Italian Republic [art. 19].

    Reverend Father.
Thank you for your peaceful way of expressing the things of God and the things of the earth. E’ a gift that I envy you. Allow me to express an opinion from Cristi fidelis laicus (right?). State measures that coerce people are illegitimate albeit legal. They are an abuse of power against the freedom of religion, of thought and of the person. But we are in full pagan statolatry. (see PIUS XI).
You invoke the Italian Constitution, which what it says here, if you keep it later.
L’art. 13, quite clear in its wording, establishes the inviolability of the person's freedom: restrictions are only allowed for a reasoned act by the judge, in the case of assault on the safety of others.
But Article 16 intervenes on the citizen's right of movement, which would have been superfluous if not to abrogate themselves, bureaucrats and politicians on duty, the right to determine when and how to move , for health and safety reasons.
I do not dwell more. I refer you to some Lord Acton.org websites of Father Sirico and others (Catholic), to the excellent interventions of Alessandro fusillo on Movimentolibertario. Bless me.
